Scouler's Harebell

Scouler's Harebell (Campanula scouleri) is a perennial herb/wildflower that grows in thickets, dry forests, and in open rocky areas from low to middle elevations. Scouler's Harebell is also known as Pale Bellflower and can be found in British Columbia, Southeast Alaska, Washington State, Oregon, and Northern California.
