Heli-otter attacks and spins like a helicopter

An asian small clawed otter Cartel, was truly born to be adored by millions of people with over 184k followers and thousands of active users after it has been created for only 10 months on instagram. He became famous by many of his own videos that we managed to capture.
His videos were found through instagram's hash tags and people tagging each other in the comment.

Many of his clips have reached over 1-15 millions views and 20 - 300k share on various facebook pages.
