    the whole " dual slate of electors" has been going on since elections have taken place...these fucking people make me sick...I hope they are put UNDER GITMO when all is said and done..the massive amt of crimes these people have gotten away with for so long should be tried count by count and carry the maximum punishment available!

    Thank you Kyle. I hope your holidays were festive and family oriented. I enjoyed the discussion of the wide net that the prosecutors are applying to statute 371 and it’s application to the free speech argument. This statute with this application may have been part of the “playbook” potential to use against political opponents. This interpretation is dangerous as an affront to first amendment rights. I can’t help but to think that President Trump’s lawyers are pointing out these ambiguity in the case not only to argue this case but to also to direct and restrain possible use of this tactic to fix problems for the future. Thank you for your ongoing work. God Bless you and your family.

    I love reading along with you on all of these documents. And it's cool to be able to tell people I know, during political discussions, that I have read the indictments and the arguments from both sides as well as all of the motions, also from both sides and all the rebuttals and ruling from the judges. I don't remember everything that we have read together, but I can get the gist of the arguments and I know where to reference people, tell them where to find these "Official" documents. It's just cool that I can have that under my belt. And your insights add a whole other level as well. I appreciate that! Thank you Kyle
