Making Cogeco Pay $10,000 to Fix my Internet

Cogeco policy dictates that they can not authorize their tech services group to issue a $25 a month credit on an account which has a known and diagnosed irreparable issue. I have been awarded this credit but must call in each month to receive it. I refuse. Cogeco tech policy also states that if my modem shows disconnected on their system they will send a Cogeco service technician to my house to resolve the issue. My modem shows disconnected and poor signal 100% of the time. So whenever I call they will send a technician. Do you see where I'm going with this?
