What To Do About Woke Family Members Around The Holidays

What do you do about Woke family members during the holidays!?!

Good question!

I had dinner with my liberal brother and signed my graphic novel Critical Feather Theory for him. My graphic novel takes a humorous look at Woke indoctrination in our education system. My brother doesn't agree with the message, but still wants to support me.
His 19 year old, very Woke son is a different matter.

It's not enough that he doesn't want to read it. He doesn't even want my book in the house.

I should be offended, right? Actually, I am fascinated by this reaction.
Woke for liberals like my brother are a set of ideas that they buy into because they think that's what the rest of the Left is doing.

For the younger people Woke, is a religion.

Woke ticks all of the boxes of religion:
*Intolerant in it's extreme forms
*Anyone that believes something different, is a heretic
*The theology is not to be questioned
*Things are taken on faith....no evidence required.

So when trying to undo the Woke influence on our youth, it must be dealt with differently than Liberals or Progressives that are our own age. We are no undoing a set of ideas they buy into or an ideology that they have convinced of. This is a religion they are committed to.

Big Difference!

So what do we do about it? Good question. I wish I had the answer.
