Why do people blindly follow orders?

We have taught our children to question everything. Especially us. If you work for one of our businesses and think you have a better way to do things we want to know. If we are the smartest people in the room, then we have hired all of the wrong employees. Anyone that tells you not to question is unsure of them self. The best experts and the truth will always hold up under questioning.
