SkiFree (Ski Free) from Windows Entertainment Pack 3

This was released in 1991 for Windows 3.x.

There aren't any menus here. I tried every F# key. F2 starts a new game and F3 toggles between pause and unpause, but F1 didn't do anything (F1 brings up the help menu in some old games).

We've all heard of one-touch games. In this game, the skier just follows where your mouse point is, so long as it's below him. Left-clicking makes him jump and right-clicking didn't appear to do anything.
