Homemade Pie Crust with New Technique

Using a potato masher prevents the dough from sticking to your hands. This is a much better way of mixing the flour and butter.

Ingredients
2 2/3 cups of fluffed flour
1 and 1/2 sticks of unsalted butter
1/4 cup cold water
salt or sugar optional
