Arrest made in fatal hit-and-run that killed man in motorized chair

A man was arrested in connection to a hit-and-run accident that killed an elderly man in a motorized chair. Indianapolis Metropolitan Police arrested 57-year-old Jose Hernandez on suspicion of leaving the scene of the accident that happened in the 2500 block of West Morris Street on Nov.1.
