A Carnivore Reaction to "What if You Only Ate Meat"

After 34 months of eating only meat, I am living proof of what happens when you only eat meat, so I think I have some insights to offer on this one I think you will either enjoy as a carnivore enthusiast or find amazing if you’re still eating the standard American diet and wondering why you can’t ever seem to get healthy and lose weight.

OVERALL SUMMARY
I made these videos to document my experience eating the “Lion Diet”. Mikhaila Peterson, daughter of Jordan Peterson, introduced this diet to my thinking.  The Lion Diet is a strict version of the Carnivore diet that only allows for ruminant meat, salt, and water.  I am not a nutrition expert or doctor, but I hope you will find my story enjoyable and informational, as well as the other content I create.
