An Awful RC Weekend - They Happen Sometimes...

With anything, bad days are bound to happen. For my RC hobby, it was this weekend. I've had other bad RC days, but this weekend was one problem after another. The worst part was buying a whole new diff to use for parts on my Losi Ten SCTE, only to open it (which made refunds a no-go) and find out I'd been sold the wrong one. Hopefully I can make it work for future use with a thinner bear option. Then I spent hours repairing the Axial Yeti rear axle only to break the new one in 15 minutes. They definitely have a week point. I've now snapped 3 in the exact same spot. I'm trying to decide if I want to spend the money to get an aluminum axle housing or not. Most run $100+ and I'll be screaming mad if it bends in that same spot. The other option is to put it up for sale and hope the buyer doesn't plan to jump it as much as I do. Luckily, I repaired the broken rear arm on my RC10B4.2 RS and it gave me plenty of run time to get me through the rough patches. It's part of the hobby, but this was an expensively awful weekend for a hobby that usually brings a lot of fun and enjoyment.

I am not discouraged. Just want to show the good, the bad, and the awesome that is RC. Just showing that it is not all perfect runs and good times.
