Scientists have found that whole-grain foods (e.g. popcorn) in the daily diet strongly rejuvenate the brain - it is estimated that for about 8.5 years, it is enough to eat a couple of servings a day to protect yourself from brain aging.

It is also claimed that nutritious foods (oats, brown rice, popcorn) strongly reduce cholesterol, insulin and blood pressure levels.
