ACA open enrollment off to strong start with 179 percent increase

Open enrollment into ACA health care is off to a strong start in 2017 with 179 percent increase in enrollees from last year. This came as many were worried about even having an open enrollment period at all. The window is shorter this year with a deadline of Dec. 15.
