What If America Never Joined WW2

This quick document looks back at history and ponders on one question. What if the United States did not join the second war world? This world would have been quite different and two major events would have changed Europe and Africa simultaneously. The African countries might have gotten their Independence from Europe in the early 1940's instead of the 1960's thus giving these countries an early start. Many of these of countries would be so advanced by now. As for Europe the events there would have been different in that those countries economies would have suffered many setbacks from their sources of wealth.
