Remember the time when According to congress, pizza was a vegetable?

They said how because pizza has vegetables on it, and even though many pizzas have meat and vegetables as well, it is a vegetable. Congress again declared pizza a vegetable. Was that smart or utterly stupid? Leave comments on it.
