While some may say that all RC cars are toys...this one is definitely a toy. It isn't a hobby grade RC like most on the channel. I debated whether or not to even waste time making a video (because videos require a time investment...that I usually won't do for a $30 RC), but I was intrigued by it. I had to know what it did and if I was going to test it, I might as well film it. Definitely keep your expectations around the $30 level. Considering there is a wifi camera and they developed an app for it, I can imagine why the price is set where it is. It's slow, there isn't proportional steering, the camera doesn't record well, but the FPV video in the app itself worked alright. After all the types of cars I've played, this had a fun factor of about 5 minutes. I have a lot of others and the bar is set higher for me than a mom or dad with young children. The FPV is a gimmick regardless, but the car handled more than I expected. Watch other videos and see if it is what you are looking for or not. I'd lean toward something that wasn't FPV...or if you are looking for an FPV car....something that does it better.
