Frustrated Nintendo Switch User!! Crashes all the time since day 1.

Not a happy Nintendo switch owner. We can’t play the new super Smash Bros, Mario Kart 8 or almost any multiplayer games when it is in the dock. The LEGO games last longer and can give us an hour before errors, but Smash Bros and Mario Kart happen in the first or second round of multiplayer. Total waste of time. I’ve been on support forums but got no rely. Frustrating.
