OK, what can be deduced from this? I recorded bit and pieces of her video turned it off and turned down tv at intervals. It sounds different when I turn off the video or TV, so can that be said that this stuff is transmitting from the Cable lines?? meaning the stuff the baby talk kids voices stuff is transmitted piggy backed on cable lines? or from or through...? I mean listen it changes how it sounds once one thing is turned off or on...
This is kind of Scientific to try and determine how this stuff transmits of if it's present all the time or is in two different things. I think there are two mediums of AI and ELF and ultrasound transmissions not just one mode.
