🚨 On the docket 📢 -

➜ NBC, E!, and Bravo Litigation Hold. Attorneys for several reality tv "stars" (personalities?) are threatening to sue Bravo Media, E!, and CNBC (all owned by NBCUniversal) over a "pattern and practice of grotesque and depraved mistreatment of the reality stars and crewmembers on whose account its coffers swell." Let's review the litigation hold letter & discuss where things might go from here.

➜ State of Idaho v. Bryan C. Kohberger. Bryan Kohberger filed an opposition with the Court that his attorney asserts clears up his alibi claim...so what is it?

➜ Lizzo's Sued. Three of Lizzo's former backup dancers have filed suit against Lizzo & her entertainment company in Los Angeles Superior Court for creating a hostile work environment (among other things).
