Kowalski v. Johns Hopkins All Children's Medical Center - the underlying facts of this case were the subject of the Netflix documentary, "Take Care of Maya" and involve treatment of Maya Kowalski beginning in 2015 by Johns Hopkins All Children's Medical Center (Florida) in 2015. Opening statements began on September 21, 2023, and the case is finally with the jury.
