Royal Mail Alleged Opening Letters : Tues Nov 21 PM Delivery Bacton Tower NW5!

Anyone else in receipt of letters or cards being opened? Kentish Town delivery, not the first time.
A small parcel was found opened in the stairwell, some months ago, believed that the culprit had been heard but followed and panicked. This letter had been opened from the side, it may have contained a cheque. Report all instances! Royal mail are desperate to recruit but clearly they are not recruiting suitable staff somewhere along the line. This came from Royal Mail post code S92XX
