Brookline MA COVID Measure Banning Tobacco Sales to Anyone Born This Century Challenged in Court

During the height of the COVID “pandemic”, the town of Brookline Massachusetts took advantage of it to pass a health measure effectively banning the sale of tobacco to anyone born in the 21st Century in the name of protecting them from the coof. This was done at the time medical “experts” and politicians were claiming that smokers were going to start dropping dead en masse from it due to their smoking which of course never came to fruition but was something they had really hoped for. And the pandemic is long over now, yet the health measure is still in place.

In this video, we take a look at the Boston Globe trying to appeal to people’s emotions with Massachusetts’ State Judicial Court considers reinstating a lawsuit brought against the town of Brookline over this health measure by the owners of local convenience stores there.
