Grinding your own grain to make flour is a cost effective and health boosting chore you can add to your kitchen quite easily. Whole wheat flour from the supermarket has lost a lot, if not all, of it's nutrition. Grinding your own ensures you get all the nutrition from the grain and it saves money in the long run!
