Rescuers enter India’s Silkyara tunnel where 41 workers trapped

Indian authorities are hopeful that 41 workers trapped in a tunnel collapsed on November 12 will be released shortly. We heard from the former secretary of New Delhi’s Defense Crisis Management Group on the ongoing rescue efforts.
