Since experiencing Spontaneous Postural Alignment (aka SPA) 2 months ago from Richard Gordon (@richardgordon22) I’ve since attended a Quantum Touch 1 workshop with Deborah Gair and practiced SPA on 3 women. This is my update on those experiences.
