Today's video is about my 9 month long NO Added Sugar diet.
Sugar is one of the most dangerous things we eat. It increases the risks of getting many diseases, that are leading causes of death.
I didn't eat any regular sugary sweets, like chocolate, cakes or ice cream.
I however also presented some special foods, that I did eat:
1. Protein shake with cornflakes
2. Yogurt w/berries +protein (+peanut butter)
3. Protein shake w/banana (+peanut butter)
