12 cloves minced garlic
20 cloves confit garlic
2 medium onions diced
2 small carrots diced
8 baby bellas diced
2 28 oz can whole tomatoes
½ cup olive oil
½ cup chopped basil
1 bunch basil
24 0z tomato purée
2 tbsp salt
