Privacy search engines like: duckduckgo.com, startpage.com, privacia.org, qwant.com, searx.space they all use google search engine algorithm, so it’s the same as google search minus the tracking.

As of now the best search engine is Yandex.com but you might have to deal with the annoying Captcha when you search for something. Type for example "building 7", or "sandy hook hoax"
