🤔 When Geralt stumbles upon "Newboy" in the camp, he learns of the amulet's magical claim. The choice to persuade "Newboy" of a potential curse leads to a crucial decision - will he wear armor or face the battle without protection? Your actions echo through the prologue, impacting the fate of "Newboy."

💔 Discover the consequences of your choices as you explore Flotsam. Witness the outcome of "Newboy's" fate, whether he survives the assault or meets a tragic end. The narrative unfolds with every decision, showcasing The Witcher 2's intricate storytelling.

🛡️ If you choose to keep the amulet, venture into Chapter I with a mysterious artifact in hand. Anezka of Lobinden expresses interest in the cursed amulet, setting the stage for a new quest. Dive into a questline requiring troll tongues, endrega fetuses, arachas eyes, and essence of death.

🌌 Join Geralt and Anezka by the eerie Veyopatis statue at midnight, where a ritual unfolds. Battle wraiths emerging from the shadows, defending Anezka as she attempts to lift the curse. The ambient forest, the flicker of magic, and the relentless wraiths create a captivating atmosphere.

🧙‍♂️ Will Geralt's choices lead to the restoration of the cursed amulet or open a darker path in the Witcher's journey? The Witcher 2's Melitele's Heart quest immerses you in a world where decisions matter, and magic intertwines with destiny.

Note:
Considering the effort required to restore the talisman to its full glory, the value of the reward for this quest is questionable as the +1 regeneration only works outside of combat. The only real benefit is losing the armor penalty which can also be achieved by selling it to Anezka or just ignoring the quest altogether. But if you like to play it like Witcher then you should give in to the quest.
