Lost Legacy, March of the Dead, Served Cold, The Gardener of Men, At the Summit of Apocrypha (Impasse)

I originally thought that my final battle with Miraak at the end was bugged. However, I believe the issue is that I power leveled up to level 195. Because Miraak scaled (up to level 150 I believe), his HP scaled so much that he will not fully heal from his dragons. That causes him to stay in his ethereal state forever. Thus, I cannot complete the storyline without going back many hours and many quests to play at a level below 100. Moreover, since this was going to be the last questline I do in the game, I've decided to move on to a different game.
