The Department of Migrant Workers and the Department of Foreign Affairs announced that the government is closely monitoring the situation of the 17 seafarers captured by the Houthi rebels from Yemen in the Red Sea.
Meanwhile, the OFW partylist condemned the hijacking of a cargo ship by Houthi rebels and for holding our seafarers hostage.
