Hey Chef Dawgs, This is Costco's Kirkland Signature brand spiral sliced ham with all Natural Juices. The ham has been pre-smoked with hickory wood and also comes pre-cooked so all you need to do is heat and serve. For convenience and time, Costco has already pre-sliced it for you (which really does save time) This is great for Christmas, Easter, and thanksgiving so invite over family and friends and bring an empty stomach because there is plenty to go around. We cooked the 11 lbs. ham and it fed 4 families and still had enough left over to send some home with friends and use for breakfast over the next couple of days.
