Cuban President Miguel Diaz-Canel led thousands of protesters in a pro-Palestine march

Cuban President Miguel Diaz-Canel led thousands of protesters in a pro-Palestine march that passed by the US embassy in Havana on Thursday.

The protesters walked for two kilometres before holding a rally at the end of the march.

Wearing the traditional keffiyeh, Diaz-Canel was also accompanied by his wife Lis Cuesta and the country’s main leaders, including Prime Minister Manuel Marrero and Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez.

This is the second time since the start of the Israel-Palestine war that the island’s top leaders have participated in solidarity rallies.
