Anxiety, in my view is just anxious thoughts I call the 3Ws. It is the Warnings, What ifs? and Worse Case Scenarios the mind makes up to try to protect us from danger. The anxiety has no power to hurt us unless we BELIEVE those thoughts. The FEELING we associate with anxiety is actually a sense of ALARM that is created when we give the power of belief to our anxious thoughts. THis empowers us because we can separate the anxious thoughts of the mind from the alarm of the body and break the cycle that gets created when the anxious thoughts of the mind are believed and then generate ALARM in the body. NO belief = NO Alarm
