Old iPhone 3GS Still Works Today

Old iPhone 3GS still works today. I checked my old iPhone 3GS in 2023 to see if it still works today.

Battery was inflated, iPhone back case was broken from the inflated battery and heat in the car probably.

I charged the iPhone 3GS for 1 hour and i'm surprised it powered on and it still works.

There are problems with the wifi supported modes not working due to old WiFi protocols supported on the old iPhone.
I can enable the old B/G wifi support in the wifi router but I wasn't going to do much on the internet with the old iPhone anyway.

I used this iPhone in my car as a media player storage together with the Kenwood KIV-700 car stereo headunit.

I don't need it now and the phone was sitting in a corner somewhere full of dust.

I always liked the protective leather case for this phone.
