How to make an Ethernet cable at home with Ethernet crimping tool for RJ45 Connectors.

In this video I show you how to use a network cable crimping tool to make Ethernet cables at home easily of any length.

This is useful when you pull the Ethernet cable thru the walls without the RJ45 connector and only add the rj45 Ethernet connectors when the cabk
le is ready and installed.

There are a few ways to wire the Ethernet cable as shown in the video.

An old way to wire ethernet was crossover where RX and TX are reversed or crossed over so that 2 computers can talk to each other directly without any switch in between but nowadays we always use network switches for convenience and to be able to plug in multiple devices into one network switch.
