I AM RETIRING AFTER THIS CHALLENGE DESTROYED ME... World's Biggest Cheesecake Challenge

I AM RETIRING. After much thought, deliberation, and contemplation, I think it is time that I finally hang up my hat and make a much needed change (more info below)... For today's challenge we take on a true Texas sized item and the BIGGEST cheesecake eating challenge ever! Located at the award winning Bryan's Cheesecakes in Tyler texas, this massive cheesecake challenge is a child & dessert lovers dream! A quality homemade style with a one sitting time limit had us trying to complete the oversized cheesecake which was probably 2-4 times the size of their standard cakes! They have countless different flavors, and a couple locations in the area! The staff were awesome, and it was definitely memorable! Things may have been bigger than expected, but it just shows the Texas hospitality and generosity of the bakers and location! Now, lets get serious. For a while I have been debating whether or not I will continue doing dessert challenges. They have gotten harder on my body, even with doing a lot less of them than I once did. Additionally, unlike most food challengers who rarely eat any challenges over 4-6lbs, or only do those which are "easy wins", I am constantly pushing the human limits, eating the BIGGEST challenges on earth. Therefore, this is my last dessert challenge and I am retiring from the very sweet challenges for the most part. I may do the odd "sweet" challenge if the stars align and I think it is really worth it. However, they will be rare, but I will continue doing non-sweet challenges :). thanks for the support everyone!
