In the very heart of Tbilisi lies Liberty Square, at its center stands the Freedom Monument, a work by Zurab Tsereteli – a granite column topped with a gold-covered Saint George slaying the dragon, erected in 2006. In this video, we invite you to take a stroll around this square, starting at the statue of Georgian architect Shota Kalashvili opposite Orbeliani Square, and ending at the Liberty Square metro station.
