Eastern democratic republic of Congo has lagged behind because of the Constant conflicts, poor infrastructure and lack of good governance.
The vast and difficult terrain obstacles has given a leeway to the ADF considerable latitude to survive and overstretch the joint military operation of UPDF and FARDC forces in Northeastern Ituri Province in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
