He recalls the recently viral clip of the 24-year-old’s attitude towards his teammates and coach, who focused on the play.

“I saw some joint where he was talking to a teammate on the joint. He wasn’t looking at the play. Like Lord, that ain’t no leader. Ain’t nobody on the team listening to you, ain’t nobody hearin’ you.”
