I've talked about this in posts before, but for newer followers, these timecards are not simply a news aggregate of any transcription I can find, they are almost exclusively only transcriptions I make myself. I was unable to receive the 05:38 message myself, but can tell a broadcast went out but in instances like this I'm not just going to copypaste SIGINT's transcriptions. This is for a few reasons, including the fact that keeping separate monitoring records introduces a kind of data redundancy, which has its own value in various scenarios. (Another example: reporting this as a miss gives you at least some idea of my personal 'miss rate' in capturing messages.)
· In terms of investigating to confirm whether HFGCS transmissions are not being completed successfully w/ EU ground stations, I plan on actively monitoring, but it's very likely that HFGCS traffic is going to drop significantly over the next two days, attributable to the Thanksgiving federal holiday and previous monitoring suggesting traffic is also going to be low on the Friday after. This means I probably won't have an answer for you any time soon.
