Pilates teaching moment: rolling and abs/flat stomach workout

Let's flatten our stomachs with a fun and effective workout! We'll coordinate our movements and do exercises like Single Leg Stretch, with variations "Ride a Bike", and "Cossack Stretch". We'll also do Double Leg Stretch, Single Straight Leg Stretch with Toe Pulls, and finish off with the Crisscross. To feel the burn and have some fun, repeat three to five times!
