PRESIDENT TRUMP RELEASES A THANKSGIVING MESSAGE WISHING AMERICANS A BLESSED & JOYFUL HOLIDAY
"Nearly 400 years ago, the pilgrims gathered with native Americans to give thanks to their first harvest," Trump began. "Just over a year before, in Sept of 1620, the pilgrims set sail on the Mayflower to settle a new land where they could live and worship freely."

He continued, " they came to this continent with few resources but rich in faith, courage, and dreams," and were able to make it through the winter and enjoy a plentiful first harvest. "Since then," Trump added, "Americans have always remembered the blessings of freedom and the glory of God."

"Today we give thanks for all the pioneers, pilgrims, and patriots who have gone before us, and for all those warriors who have kept us safe and free," he continued, lamenting the fact that a thousands of men and women in uniform will not be with their families this week.

"Thank you. God bless you, and God bless America." 🇺🇲🙏🏼❤️
