"Mr. Chair, I think the point that we would like to make here, we're not even talking about whether that person had COVID or not. As mentioned by Attorney Aaron earlier, RA -11525 mandated them with the obligation to monitor the each and every person who was injected. with an experimental vaccine. I think everybody's forgetting that this was an experimental vaccine. We were the experiments. We were the rats. Okay, so it is very important to monitor what happens to a person who has been injected. So why did we ask for the vaccination status of the cases and the deaths? Because the vaccination status was used as the basis for so many human rights violations".
