Why was Napoleon exiled and not executed?
Why did the Coalition send Napoleon Bonaparte into exile twice. Once to the island of Elba and later to the island of St Helena. Instead of executing him after the all the trouble he caused during the Napoleonic Wars taking place after the French Revolution.
