📕Recipe for Korean Kuksi 🍲

❂ Ingredients:

500g. Beef thinly sliced
200g. Wheat noodles
1/2 Onion thinly sliced
2 cloves of Garlic, minced
1 Cucumber
1 Bunch of Radish
1/4 Cabbage
4 Tomatoes
4 Eggs
Сhilli powder to taste
1/2 Tsp Coriander
Salt/Pepper to taste
5 Tbsp Soy sauce
1 Tbsp Sugar
2 Tsp Sesame oil
1.5 Tsp Vinegar
1/4 cup Vegetable oil
1 liter of cold Water
Sesame seeds: for topping

❂ Cooking process:

⁃ Pour 1 liter of clean cold water into a small saucepan. Add 3 tbsp soy sauce, 1.5 tsp. vinegar, 1 tsp sesame oil. Season the broth with 1 tsp. salt and 1 tbsp. sugar. Cut tomatoes into small pieces of arbitrary shape. Add the tomatoes to the pot and stir well.
⁃ Cut the beef into thin (5 mm) strips. Transfer the meat to a clean bowl and mix with 2 tbsp. soy sauce and 1 tsp. sesame oil. and chilli powder. Leave to marinated around 30 min. Fry the beef in a frying pan 3 min, than add onion and garlic and cook around 5-7 min.
⁃ Boil the noodles until cooked, rinse with cold water.
⁃ Cut cucumber, radish and cabbage, sprinkle with salt and leave for 10 minutes, then squeeze and sprinkle with chili powder. In a clean frying pan, heat odorless vegetable oil. When the oil begins to give off a slight smoke, add the remaining chopped garlic, stir and immediately remove from heat. Pour the garlic and hot oil into the cucumber, radish and cabbage and stir.
⁃ Crack eggs into a bowl. Mix thoroughly until smooth and fry thin egg pancakes. Roll cooled pancakes into a tube and cut into strips.
⁃ Place the and noodles in a stack at the bottom of a bowl. Place piles of fried beef, cucumbers, сabbage, radishes, chopped and folded egg pancakes around it. Remove the tomatoes from the broth and place them on the side of the noodles. Pour desired amount of cold broth over ingredients, sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve. Enjoy🤤
