IDF Strikes Hezbollah After Rocket Barrage

The IDF says some 35 rockets fired from Lebanon crossed the border in a barrage on northern Israel. Several anti-tank missiles and mortars were also fired from Lebanon, with the IDF saying it struck the rocket launchers in response. Hezbollah said it fired 48 Katyusha rockets at the Israeli Ein Zeitim base, near the town of Safed in northern Israel. More than 13,000 Palestinians have been killed in Israeli attacks since October 7, the Hamas-led health ministry has said. The Palestinian Prisoner’s Society says Israeli forces have arrested 90 Palestinians in the occupied West Bank since last night. Iranian FM Hossein Amir-Abdollahian met Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah at an undisclosed location in Lebanon.
