Wow!!! What a powerful time we had launching a new movement of Kingdom Women Speakers. Tune in and hear Lisa introduce this new series of episodes where she will be interviewing KIM10™ speakers and explaining the process they went through to become Certified as Radiant Speakers.

KIM10™ is an acronym for "Kingdom Impact Message in 10 minutes." It is about to take center stage to the well-known TED Talk world.

More than 150 women took the 9 week speaker training program- Radiant Speaker Academy- and this series will spotlight those women who were among the first 21 women go on to become certified. We'll take you behind the scenes to their journey to learning the Kim10™ Framework—a unique approach aimed at creating concise, powerful Kingdom Impact Messages. You'll also get an inside look at their process, challenges, and breakthroughs. As one of the founders and trainers of this KIM10™ Speaker movement, our host, Lisa Vanderkwaak, had the privilege of helping launch this program under the umbrella of Girl Power Alliance- where she is also a Founding Ambassador and part of the Field Advisory Board. As a speaking coach , she gets to see speakers transformation all the time, however, this KIM10™ certification process was supercharged because of the anticipation and intensity of the certification process, all 21 women along with 4 "Evaluators" giving feedback to help their message be that much more powerful.
