Our I-Team asked local police departments to share their records on employee disciplinary actions since 2013. Of the 52 departments contacted, 39 delivered records that were responsive enough that they could be added to a searchable database. That allows users to see – for the first time – how the region’s police agencies compare to each other when it comes to enforcing departmental standards.
