Foreclosure in desirable neighborhood frustrates residents
7 years ago
A Columbia resident is tired of living next door to a foreclosed property. The home was vacated in 2015 and sold to Bank of America in 2016. The neighbors say they're constantly hounding the management company to keep the property from turning into an eyesore. Several new laws passed this year will potentially help homeowners like Zinner dealing with this kind of situation.
